All the items were found today at a house site that was gone by 1847. I found my 3rd and 4th silver coins ever with one being a 1749 Mexican 2 real coin and the other being a possible counterfeit 17X7 half real.

The mystery items...

1) A counter stamped? large cent size copper disk. There are what looks like 2 or 3 letters on the counterstamp

2) A long rectangular piece of metal with different movable parts and pins on one side

I would love to hear what you guys think these items are and how old they might be.
Thanks to all who reply!

The 1749 real is a 1 real coin minted in Mexico City.
It should be about 20mm in diameter and weigh about 3.3 grams.
It is from the series 1747 through 1758.
