Two other bullets I found today: Any idea on age?

I found these two bullets in the same area I found the three ringer I posted earlier today. Just got thinking about them and wondered if they were old or not. I do not know a lot about old or modern bullets so thought Id get some input from you all. Thanks.

Yes there was several skirmishes in the valley below where I found these. There is also a civil war cemetery within rock throwing distance from where I found these and the three ringer I found today.

Need a diameter measurement in 1,000's of an inch. My guess is, the one on the bottom is a fired .38 caliber wad cutter target bullet. If it measures .357, then that's what it is. Without a measurement on the other I have no idea.

These are modern no doubt the top one is most likely a .32 cal
