Two porcelain liners

I cannot even remember where I found these, just had time to do a thread. One still has the top of jar with the liner still inside the cap. The other I remember finding it, the atlas lid(I think) fell to pieces. I did find both at different places, just wondering if anyone could help me in dating these and putting a worth on them? The first five pix are the one I found still attached.
