Quite a few years ago me and some of my hunting buddies were members of a small club that no longer exists. The other day were were debating who had won the most "find of the month" contests. Since I keep a journal and scrapbook of treasure hunting I don't throw anything away. I had every newsletter from the club. I decided to thumb through them and make a tally of find of the month winners. While going through the newsletters I came across an article that I had all but forgotten about. While I was a member of that club I had found and returned two rings in one day. I'll post the story below. Sorry about the poor picture quality, the camera was a real clunker back then.
