Two spanish silver in 10 minutes!

Wow so this weekend with the weather being warmer tinman86 and myself decide to leave Illinois and head south a bit towards thawed ground. Six hours of hunting in and only find to mention was a 1905 ih found by tinman68. As the sun was setting and the day was ending Boom! I pull my first spanish silver and first 1700s coin! 1784 two reale and not 10 min later tin scores his first Spanish silver and 1700s also. His was a 1795 half reale! Killer hunt!!! For what its worth we were detecting in Indiana.

Those are coins that will be on my Wanted Poster for a long time i think... If i do discover one, I just might have a heart attack and never be able to tell anyone myself!!! Congrats on the killer coins, and all the way in Indiana... Must have a nice spot for that!!

I tend to find Spanish silver in singles, or my friends find them in my spots. Either way, two in a day sounds a-ok!

Hay I have always figured a lot of Spanish silver was used till about 1840s in the U.S.
