Two things found today ?

Both Things were found a couple of feet apart . This is Brass.Both things are none magnetic.

This other piece appears to be copper on the end .

I'm not sure but the rest looks like porcelain with small copper end.

Thanks AARC. I found one on line with the 2 slots for the leather straps that wrap the handle.
The other thing could be a thermostat.
I thought it looked like some type igniter maybe for explosives.The wire that wraps around it has a very small space between it and the other bigger piece. Like a spark plug gap.

I had the exact same thought as some type of igniter when I first saw it, but assumed I was wrong lol.
