Two thoughts

The mind requires experiential input, sensory input, more and more as it grows. Knowledge is it's business and business is good.
The birth of the mind is the death of the senseless.

Sometimes I think I see the light at the end of the tunnel, a new mind, my own, coming into the world and ridding the world of my ego, my desire, my senselessness and then, at the end of the canals are those ever-present hands that reach in and push it back.

Who's hands are those?

My own? They are knowing hands, and they are well aware of what happens when I start thinking.

Means the night is over, daylight is my enemy and I am going to bed now.

The fall from Grace happens when you haven't made your mind your own best friend.
