Quick. Get out the sandpaper.

Good eyes. I spotted a similar type (o) error in the Coin Prices magazine some type back. Probably all scanned and human editors skim as much as they can. Lots of numbers.

That's why they invented disclaimers.

On the other hand . . . maybe your Red Book is a highly collectable print error. :tongue3:

If i remember rightly in the back of the RedBook there is a list of all the prices for the older RedBooks. Also if i remember right there were a few years in there that had print errors in them and they were worth more than the normal ones. Dont quote me cause i dont have mine on me at the moment and dont have the greatest memory in the world, but at any rate, you may have something there.

HOLY CRAP !!!

My 2008 Red Book has the same typo.

I also had the same number, and at first I thought I was doomed for completing the series.

Quick! Everyone get as many EF-40 1943-P nickels as you can and wear them down to VF!! :P

Obviously a typo.
