Ugly dime

This dime is bubbled on both sides, edge lines are OK.
Can see part of the words "one" and "dime".
Any idea what would cause this kind of damage/

I found one that looked like that & I hooked it up to the charger & it came out great. I know most do not want to clean in any way but if you can't see any detail I figure that you are not going to hurt the value by cleaning.
