I like Jim's picture best! I owe you this one......True story......Little old Lady comes in, wants the warranty.... she is financing the car, I tell her it's $42 a month for 48 months. She decides she will pay for the warranty up front, pulls out an envelope and hands me $42. . Ahhhhh what are we going to do with the other 47 months? Ohhhh it's not $42 dollars? Urghhhhh! I bet you deal with this stuff a much as I do!
