UNANSWERED QUESTION

How do you get rid of the RED ''unanswered question '' banner on ebay .
They had a question - I answered it - it went away - they wrote back "thanks"
I "marked" it as read . It is still there .

I suppose I could just write back '' your welcome" and it would go away .
I'm just wondering if there is an easy way to make it go away ?

That happens to me, I usually just reply again with "no problem!" or something. If there is nothing left to say at all for some reason, I'll send a message with just a period in it just to make it go away.
