Unclaimed payment?

I paid for an item out of my paypal balance and it says that it is pending because the seller hasn't claimed it yet. I contacted the seller and they said that they don't see anything about it in their paypal. The only time I have saw a pending payment before is when a buyer has paid with an echeck or something like that. Will it eventually go through or what should I do about it?

I'd contact PayPal.

The only time I see "unclaimed pmt" is when I send a money request to someone using their email address. They pay and then I have to go to PP and claim it. Never with a regular PP ebay payment.

Check the email address they have vs. where you sent it to.

I had them check their paypal address and it was wrong. Payment is through now.

Bassmaster96, same thing happened to me. Problem was their Paypal checking account number was wrong. They fixed it, I had to resend the payment. They still haven't shipped and I'm handling it soon.
