Unfinished product or an experiment?

After the deluge of rain yesterday, I walked my driveway to see if anything washed up. Lots of little debitage and this. At first, I thought it was an arrowhead but the only “work” I saw was on the sides. The top and bottom was pretty much untouched. Would this be some kind of flake or just an unfinished point? Comments are defywelcome!!

I would say a flake guess t could be used as a scraper I’m sure it’s sharp
 
I’m not seeing any work on the edges. I think arrow nailed it
 
Think it's just a big spall that got knocked of to get the intended piece down to size.
 
Very possibly a burin. Those are rare to absent in most US assemblages.
