It's called a 'follis' and if you rotate the reverse so that it's aligned similarly to Kldrawdy's, ID-ing may become easier.

As a rule I will not buy anything on CL that is posted incorrectly. CL is not an auction site; if you carefully read the guidlines, all items posted are required to have a price listed. Simply, best offer just won't do. In this case it would be tempting though.
