nice piece, i have a few that are pretty close to yours,i think they call them burnishers,i'll have to get my books out and see what they are called for sure

I've got a few of those that I have found over the years. They are in my "What the heck is this" category. Any info on these would be greatly appreciated.

Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!

Nothing like a man and his sifter. Nice scraper. I think I like the tools best. Nice pictures and finds :icon_sunny:

Beautiful old piece, bet it's much nicer in hand and has the feel of fine early workmanship.

Thanks everyone, Hard to put a age on it, found on a woodland site, but have found sporadic late paleo thru archaic on site .Just found this worked bladelet or flake when i was putting some up on ebay, only have about 6 with the pressure flaking on them.Almost didnt see this one ::)
