I'm thinking Chinese or Japanese. I see it's marked just SILVER I think?. I've had solid silver jewelry items from China or Japan marked as such. If I got that for 3 bucks I'd try and get as close to 50 bucks I as could, because, that's what I think it's worth to that one person who sees it like I do. That's one of those things that on the best day maybe make $60.+ and - $20. if the right buyers aren't out shopping at the time you have it listed. I think it's best to see if you can match up some sales history on any thing else like it. 1st find out if it is an all silver piece?. It sure looks like it to me, plus it has beautiful silver workmanship IMO.
