I was beachcombing in Bahamas and came across this unique perfectly Carribean blue chianti bottle. It was buried neck down and looked like a glass float or a large lightbulb. More aqua than the usual green and rounder at the base than most chianti bottles. Originally I thought it was recently mass produced due to the seam but looking closer and doing some research it might be older. It appears handblown into a mold, on one side the seam is smudged and slightly off, there is a separate seam for the crown. Not sure if the crown was blown into a separate mold and attached afterward or it was a 4 part mold.

It is faintly embossed with CVA PIEGARO which lead me to this post of the village it was made in Italy. No idea on the actual age but the glassworks closed in 1968.
