I’m curios if anyone goes to college University libraries to find information or look at old maps. I currently attend San Diego State University and there is a huge section for maps. Engineering, geological, historical, these maps from all over the world that are quite resourceful. There are also hundreds of computers with free internet.

university libraries are without a doubt the best source of research material i have found...beyond all the maps they are where the collections of personal papers and diaries always end up and i have found these to be priceless.......most of the schools libraries have inventories available online and you do not need be a student to get material.......gldhntr
