It is tough to tell if this is a print or a painting under the glass, what I do know about Flasch art is she is famous for her decorative prints, mostly only having a decorative value found in many big box stores and I believe Home Interiors once had her prints. Usually the prints are labeled on the back with name of art and barcode. She does have signed and limited prints out there. I haven't seen many with writing on them like this one so you may having something here even if it is a print . I would recommend if you feel comfortable doing it, is open the frame to expose the back. Go thru the steps of identifying art such as, is it hand painted-what is it painted on-what medium is used-does the quality of the frame mach the quality of the art... and when all else fails take it to a collector or a gallery to identify it. I know I didnt help much but maybe you can find your next step. Good luck it would be nice to see an original like this surface again.
