🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Unknown Firearm/Ammo Related Item?

Does anyone know what this item is? I believe it is gun related, as it came from an estate with a lot of various items related to muskets, firearms, gunsmithing, militaria, etc. The bottom is a lead bullet (I believe) with a conical open bottom like a minie ball. The tube is made of cardboard with a recessed cardboard cap at the top. I didn’t try to take it apart, so I don’t even know if the bottom lead item was bullet shaped or something else. It is about the same size as a AA battery. Any idea what it may be? Thanks

It is a quick loader cartridge for a rifle musket. The powder is contained in the cylinder, you pull out the bullet, dump the powder down the barrel, then put the minie down the bore.

Sort of in-between. During the Civil War they used paper cartridges, today they are mostly plastic tubes. This one is probably 1970's or 80's. Be careful with it, it is probably still full of black powder.
