Unknown Tokens?

Hey guys! It's been a while since I've posted on here but this has me stumped. I am working on selling coins for one of my neighbors and these were in the collection. I checked online and on the token catalog but I can't find anything that matches them. Any idea what they could be or where they are from? Thanks!

Nice to see that little display frame with the information was made by someone who worked for the company in the 1920s-1930s. Can't get much more 'horse's mouth' than that.
