Unusual Gold & Crystal Necklace

Looking for opinions on this piece - sell or scrap? I get to see a lot of jewelry but somehow I’ve never seen this before. Leaded glass, crystal cut cubes with frost snd windows - normally ignore, except the clasp andvthe beads are 14k (marked and tested). Anyone have any experience with this type or thoughts in origin? Thanks and HH. And...FYI that’s not my hairy-a$$ hand lol.

I'm just guessing, but it seems Austria is known for it's crystal jewelry.

If it were mine I would sell it. It’s a great looking piece and probably would sell fast. I have no idea of its origin.

It looks like mid century modern to me. That's just my opinion though.
