Up date on the Explorer 11 that went back the Minelab

They gave me a new explorer 11 the old one was bad and not working right. This one work s good. Will Minelab did the right thing by me. I had to send the old expl.11 back 3 time , but a person pays a lot for these detectors and they did make it right. In was not me , it was the old expl. 11. Thanks

Like a car, different parts wear out at different times. When tested it could be fine, and later go bad again. Even if it was the same part, like a bad coil wire, it would have to be stressed like it was in the field.

Minelab's service is top notch in my book.

I agree.
My xs had to go back a couple of times and they were very good about fixing it and getting it back to me.
Also they are very helpful with information or questions on there detectors.

I haven't had to use their repair service yet , but it's good to know it is that good. I do feel their products are top notch. I am very happy with both my Minelab Excal and Sov....
