"UPDATE" Draped Bust Copper and a Tag
As promised I am updating this post. I went to visit the farmer that lets us on all his fields. Last Sunday I found a huge 10k mans wedding band out in the middle of one of their 9 acre fields. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack. The farmer was not home so I went up the road to the farm and spoke with one of the owners. She was quite surprised that I found a ring out there but is not aware of anyone losing one. She is going to pass the word along to the entire family for me. This family has much land and hopefully the ring belongs to someone in the family. While there my 12 year old daughter who loves animals got to see a cow that was born just an hour before we arrived! We had a nice tour and then left in hopes that she will find out who the rightful owner of the ring is. I added a picture of it to this post so that you can see how big it is. Thanks for looking!
Hi all,
My partner and I hunted a corn field on Sunday. I managed a rough but happy Draped Bust copper dated 1807. Also a tag that I do not know anything about. My partner found a beautiful 1737 King George ll copper. I have one more nice addition to show you all after I speak to the farmer first!!! I'll update my post. Thanks for looking!
