Update total -33 inches here in broome county ny

Been plowing and shoveling most of the day, checked total with measuring tape before I came in at 6 pm we are at 33 inches of snow in a 24 hr period- more snow coming tonite [3-6 they say]--good news is the power is still on [knocking on wood]------eastern broome county new york----tom

I'm joking, though the storm wasn't as bad as predicted, obviously some areas took a big hit. Not too often that you see 2 major storms converge like that.
Here in SE lower MI we only got about 6", bitterly cold though, about 16 right now after a high of 22 earlier. Hard to believe 2 weeks ago I was out in a tshirt detecting.

You are up there by Binghamton you have to expect that . We only got about 12 inches now but are to get some Lake Effect tonight..

Had to call in a truck with plow to do driveway, my 4 wheeler wouldn't push it. Gonna clean up the rest tomorrow. What a blizzard, amazing power is on, pics tomorro

Sounds like we have both been using yard equipment - difference is you've been using a snowblower and I've been using my lawnmower.
