As the company is growing, we are working on the most updated technology into our products. 
We have updated our transmitter charging port to USB instead of magnetic. See the difference in below pictures.
The improvements in the new Transmitter, it’s definitely easy to charge than the magnetic old version and you can use any of micro USB to charge. The battery lasts longer as well.
On the other side, the new transmitter is that it can only connects to one device compare to old version that you can connect up to 4 devices, but they are really easy to pair.
Also on the old version, there's a magnet pad in side but we find out there might be some interference so we took it out in the new version.
IF you are having problem with your transmitter, check your transmitter to see which version you have and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have the old version.
