Upper Deleware River region NY/PA

here is one famous rivers in the United States , immortalized in the George Washington crossing the Delaware photos, it is still pretty much "deep undeveloped Sticks " , Much of the upper Delaware is protected land along the river , I will post more photos on the Upper Delaware Region in this forum ,
First few Photo's where taken off the Hawks Nest , NY side , PA is on the opposite side of the river , Hawks nest is a relatively short windy Road , these Photos I have taken Yesterday ushering the coming of Spring , in the last Photo where locals cliff jump you can still see the ice , on the face of the cliffs .

Nice photos, I like the windy road. Was that river used in the logging days? Looks like there could be some nice logging relics along if it was.

Ahhhh spring is in the air , This is well off the beaten path , just doing some foot work , The first is a remnants of a chimney , the others are of a oldspring house a couple of hours away deep in the sticks.

Great photos. I love pics of the outdoors. Looks like an old milk keg to me. I know they are not called kegs, but that is the only word that comes to mind right know.
