The upstate version of cellar hole is much rarer than a downstate cellar hole! :tongue3:
Great job! we need pictures! LOL! :laughing7:

Maybe the period after SE is actually a photo of a very tiny speck of something he found...

I double checked and it was just a spec on my screen!

I'm new to Tnet guys thanks for busting my balls. HH Dutch

Wow, beautiful cellar hole and finds!
I rarely find anything good at cellar holes!

That is a very nice cellar hole! Great finds, I like the sharp large cent...

Nice finds for sure! Hey we all get our balls busted sometimes, just ask my wife! She busts mine all the time! :laughing7:

It's amazing to see how straight the walls still are.

Nice finds, Dutch. I'm new as well... What part of NY? I'm over in the Finger Lakes.

dutchtoga, you done gotcha a good spot there at least I'd say that from what you posted. Someone did a beautiful job of stacking those rocks for the cellar walls, detect them too once you have the time, IMO. They look to be ~ 5' tall. Is the fork sterling? Enjoyed the pictures................63bkpkr

PS - Welcome to Tnet

A few more photos. I only get a short time to visit this place in the spring and in the fall before hunting season. It's a mile and a half drive from off the main road and then a 20min. walk. It's a good time in the woods.
