upstate NY maps

I'm interested in upstate NY, specifclaly Chenango County maps, for the Town of Afton in the late 1700s - 1800s. We know that the property that my dad built our house on (in 1972) previously had some sort of building on it as there is an old well and also privy and when we were kids we always found little pieces of china, etc. Would be interested in determining how to figure out what was there.
