US $20 Star Note

I have a US $20 Star Note Series 2004 Serial Number EK00230284 which I have looked up on My Currency Collection. The difference with this note is not only is it from a run under 640,000 (384,000) but it also has been cut wrong. It has a shorter top and longer bottom of the note. Is it of any value?

I don't believe the positioning of the image of your bill has any added value. However, if your bill were grossly cut to show a portion of the next bill (top or bottom), then you could be talking a premium. The greater the distortion (the greater amount the adjacent bill appears on yours), the greater the premium.
