Haven't been able to ID myself. It does have 2 broken posts on back. It weighs 37.4 oz. The wheatie is for scale. It was dug on an colonial property 2 miles north of Antietam where we have pulled plenty of CW relics, but almost certain it is 1900's. Any help is appreciated Amazon Forum Fav 👍 Cry Of The Eagle: History And Legends Of The Cherokee Indians And Their Buried Treasure - Grab it through Amazon!

It's a horse rosette! The back piece is missing, that is where the attachment would have been. the back should have looked like this picture. Gotta be quick to beat DC Matt at this game! Nice find!
