✅ SOLVED US Pin / Button ????

Found This Today On My First Short Hunt Since Moving To South Carolina......
Thought I Found A Union Button Until I Cleaned It Up a Bit.
Very Heavy, Appears To Be Brass.
It Has Amcraft Metal Stamped On The Back. Amcraft Appears To Have Been In Business For A Very Long Time And Was Very Busy In WWII BUT I Can Not Find Any WWII Pins That Look Like This One.......I Did Some Research But Am At A Loss So I Am Calling
On The Wise Ones........

That's a US Army collar tab. Been around for quite a long time. Best I can tell from your pics the back looks like the ones I wore in the 1960s.

1960's colar brass came in 2 pieces, the disk and the US, it was pinned on with 2 pinch pins. The Class A dress cap had a screw on eagle, I think your colar brass is WW 2 vintage:
