While I have no doubt you can use SF 180 to receive a copy of the special orders awarding your medals, I would doubt very seriously the Gov would replace your lost medals.

Even junk cameras have Macro Mode. Look for the tulip icon on your camera and it should do a better job. I would love to see better photos!
