I think it was yesterdays Aug 17 in the multi state blog area. It mentioned that there was a project to clear rocks and sediment from the N Channel of the Spokane River.
These type projects sometimes employ robotics like those used in the Oil rig disaster.
Hoang Ho Consulting can help by being specific in possible favorable locations for toxic spills of bullion and ores.
We might be able to do it just from the satellite photography.
