Heard recently that at least 1, if not all of the National Forests can no longer enforce the road closures that resulted from the travel management plan.
Reasoning for this was the failure of the USFS to review the plan on a specified reoccurring basis as required by the order. The LE were supposedly instructed not to issue tickets.
Does anybody know the real scoop?
