I'm not sure what you mean by papers. It does come with the
manual and a Tesoro Vaquero box. Thank you for you interest.

Have you sent in the warranty card that came with this unit? Or does it come with the detector?

It doesn't matter. If you are not the original buyer the warranty card is irrelevant. I contacted them to find out. They have a new policy with regard to used machines. If you think you can sneak the warranty card in pretending to be the original owner you better have a serial number that is very current.

I kinda figured they would check the serial number, but I wasn't positive. $290 is a fairly large amount of cash for a broke college student like myself, so I would take all the extra insurance I can get.

I didn't intend to diminish the value of this Vaquero. It's worth every cent of the original asking price. If I didn't already have one I would be all over this.
