Your close, but the river is the Blacks Fork and the res. is the Flaming Gorge where the Black Forks feed in to the Flaming Gorge.

"Buzzard", They showed up as soon as I started walking around. They had a message for me.

There is a property that is about two blocks from me where a small group of vultures have their nests. They return every year, and this year they showed up on Easter Sunday.
