VDI numbers for the Xterra 30?

Hello.

I have a friend that decided to buy an Xterra 30 and I need to know what the VDI numbers mean again. I asked this when I first joined this forum but now I cannot find it on here.

Does anyone know where a list of what targets fall into what VDI range is??

What about iron, foil and pulltabs? Where do they fall on the scale and is there a way to "notch" out nails with the 30
