Verify Bullet

Hunting with the group "SMRT" on a site where the Davidson raid came through South Mississippi and found this fired bullet. Hoping someone can help verify that it is a CW three ringer. Compared with a drop, it is about the same weight. Thanks for any input.

Sorry for the late reply , I just saw yr post.

It looks to be a fired Minnie to me although squashed ( fatter rings & maybe lead missing from the nose ) My 2 cent.

My old eyes are having trouble making out the first picture, it's a little out of focus to me. MY gut feeling is that it is a modern bullet. A better picture would help me as well as some precise measurements of the diameter.
