Verizon's logo should read (we screw the other guy and pass the savings on to you). The
problem is, I'm always the screwee. Technology seems to have outstripped the knowledge
and ability of the people in their call centers to solve problems. Maybe I'm an idiot, but I
can't seem to find a place on their web site to write a review, or vent my anger.

suggestions?
