Wowzers, there are some great Cahokia looking points in that frame. Awesome frame if they are modern, incredible if they are ancient pieces.
Cahokia points are modern. I made them all, except they were all broken. When I broke one making it, (often) I tossed the pieces in a jar. The guy from Eldon bought the jar for $50, glued all the broken ones back together and made the frame. Most of the points are colorful heated Kaolin flint. Gary
View attachment 1737770put this together using pottery sherds that I found. Measures 10 y 14. Have to make a Barnwood frame for it. Pales in comparison to the photos above but I wanted to do something with the pottery. I have enough to make maybe 10 more frames and then I will pass them on to family and friends. Not one sherd was altered . It is like putting a puzzle together
