Went out yesterday afternoon to the place I dug my recent staff officer button hoping to dig another one. Ended up with some bits and pieces of brass and a really nice first year Indian head penny. I normally don’t get excited about Indian head pennies, but this is an old one in Very nice condition. Normally the Indians I dig are very crusty and pitted, so this one was a nice exception.

Beautiful coin, congratulations! :occasion14:

Thanks guys. I was shocked it came out as nice as it did. Normally they are in terrible shape.

That’s in great condition for a fat one. Congrats

Its a beauty

Beautiful coin that one looks like it is bronze and not a nickel alloy

Sweet IHP, congrats on the save

Great IHP, Congrats!!!

That is one gorgeous Injun Bonepicker. Looks like it was dropped the same year it was minted. Gotta love that!
