I see no wear on the bottom rim/base that would suggest any great age as it matches the finish on the rest of the piece. It hasn't been picked up, set down, slid or slammed. My WAG would be hippie pottery circa 1970's - 80's.
Flick it with your fingernail. If it 'sings' it's a recent firing. If you hear a dull thud it might be something more.
