I can only find one listing for an Anthony Chestone. I believe that is either a homemade or a personalized tool. I don't believe it is from 1831. I don't think the date is a patent date. Anthony Chestone and his brother Lou were tool setters in the AMSD (Automatic Screw Machine Department) for the Scovill Manufacturing Company back during WW2. Scroll down to page 4 and read the article. Takes a while to load though.
