This was my 4th trip to the farm and i think my last for a while i have cherry picked this place pretty good i'm sure there are more coins but i have to many other permissions that i haven't been to yet its time to move on.

That being said i found my first v nickel 1902 YEA!! it was a good evening hunt. It looked great out of the hole but of course no camera, Now after drying up this is it.

also found a 1956 nickel and some other clad. These bands i have found 6 on 2 different farms and had no idea what they were used for so i cleaned one up and found the words MINN US OFF NPIP and a set of numbers so i googled it it came back National Poultry Improvement Plan established 1935.
So i figuired it out they are turkey or goose leg bands since they are large size.

Now the silver color button really made my heart skip a beat it rang up a solid 81 on my AT Max
I cut the plug popped it out and i saw the silver disc fall down the hole face side up with dirt on it
closed my eyes and almost screamed it looked just like a silver Reale i was so excited i thought what the heck is that doing in Minnesota then i took another look and almost cried i was heart broken another button and its very light so i think its aluminum. Oh well i will keep diggen and hopen for a
reale some day i will get one.20190618_210425.webp
