@1:37, that vine growing up the tree looks an awfully lot like poison ivy.

I agree with Dug, that horseshoe root you had in your glove was most for sure poison. Be careful during the winter the sap drops into ground, the most poisonous part is the roots. It is usually transmitted by oil from the leaves, if that oil came off of the root it will stay on your gloves for a long time. I'd toss them if they were mine, last time I got poison was doing what you just did on your video. Looks like your having fun, keep at it, be careful. I think they were playing horseshoes, north against the south!
 

I would love to get my hands on all that nice wood in the house to make things with in my shop. Hate seeing wood like that go to waste. I would love to get 1 day there to recover has much wood as I could.
 

I bet the horse shoes were part of someones horse shoe pit game.
