Somehow the title Black Friday sounds a little ominous to me. Now it's a worldwide holiday. I'm now listening to a report of how Amazon is causing a reduction of shoppers at retail outlets on Black Friday.

There was the original Black Friday Sept.24th 1869. Maybe they should relabel this day to Amazon Friday as a day may come when Jeff Bezos corners the market of this day.
