Happy Thanksgiving! MMMMMM, tamales! My granddaughter told me about a girl she knew who said she liked tamales, but the outer covering was hart to chew. (What? You're supposed to take the husk off before you eat them!!

I used to go to this bar in South Texas and this little Mexican kid would come in every night with a metal bucket full of hot tamales. He would sell the whole load in a few minutes.

I just got back from a 7 day Caribbean cruise. We had delicious fish tacos in Cozumel for Thanksgiving.
