Vintage Coinmaster CM4

So i went to a swap meet today and found this baby lady was asking $50 and when i found it i asked if it works and she said no. So got her to bring it down to $10... Deal... I just wanted this for a piece in my office. Might mess with it to see jf i can get it working.

Anyone got any info on this bad boy

The battery test work but nothing else or i might have it on??
