Vintage Logo...Won't come to me.

I appreciate your help. I find a lot of stuff, buy some and dig some up. When I buy it usually I find out or know what it is from or the company it came from.

Not sure what this is and I certainly don't remember. How much time should I spend racking my brain before I ask y'all for help? I hope you don't mind.

What would this have been from? Anyone know?

I know it was a keychain, but the vehicle and key have vanished.

The only wing'd helmet dude I know of is Mercury... It's for the automobile.
